Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
We ship to all UK addresses. Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days. Express delivery (1-2 working days) is available at checkout.
How much is shipping?
We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £75. Orders under £75 have a flat shipping fee of £4.99.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We’re working on expanding to more countries — stay tuned!
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status by contacting us.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
How do I start a return?
- Email us at support@fusaatou.com with your order number
- We’ll send you a return shipping label
- Pack the item in its original packaging
- Drop it off at any Royal Mail Post Office
- We’ll process your refund within 5-7 working days
Who pays for return shipping?
For defective or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers the return shipping fee.
Products
Are your products suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Our camping gear is designed for everyone — from first-time campers to seasoned outdoor enthusiasts. Each product page includes detailed setup guides.
Do your tents come with a warranty?
All FUSAATOU tents include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This doesn’t cover normal wear and tear or damage from improper use.
How do I care for my gear?
- Tents: Clean with mild soap and water. Always dry completely before packing away.
- Sleeping bags: Follow the care label — most can be machine washed on a gentle cycle.
- Folding chairs: Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Store indoors when not in use.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:

- Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later)
Is payment secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways. We never store your full card details.
Account & Orders
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and checkout faster next time.
I haven’t received my order confirmation email.
Please check your spam/junk folder first. If it’s not there, contact us at support@fusaatou.com and we’ll resend it.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can cancel or modify your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, it enters our fulfilment process and we may not be able to make changes. Email us as soon as possible at support@fusaatou.com.
